Designers Showcase
The designers are in the Gallery setting up their work today- so pop in and see
Some are experienced exhibitors and for some it is the first time – we wish them all well.

"I don't mind coming to work, but that eight hour wait to go home is nonsense."
p.s.for the movie reviews.
Once again I have been lucky enough to win one of the 150 passes offered to email newsletter subscribers for Hayden Orpheum's Australian premiere of BUDDHA'S LOST CHILDREN which is a fascinating 97 minute documentary about the work of a monk with orphan boys in Thailand's Golden Triangle - very interesting camera work, and quite a few moments of humour.

Tip for the week
Time to de-flea the dogs
We saw “Michael Clayton” this week – we went to a late session. I snored through most of it – unfortunately my old husband kept waking me. Then he slept and snored – I didn’t bother waking him as I thought he was better off with the sleep. No more late sessions.
The lucky newsletter voucher for this week goes to Cheryl Byatt. Must be collected from the bead shop by next Thursday 8th November 2007.
Take care and enjoy November – the smells of summer and horse racing.
