BENEDICT HOUSE NEWSLETTER

Morning All,

On another lovely crisp spring morning I am writing as the flowers are absolutely bursting out of themselves. I went to Sydney last weekend to a trade show and bought back lots of gemstones and charms, pictured below.

Last newsletter, I mentioned a renting a studio. Thanks to Melinda Dwyer, I now have one.

No fresh produce markets on this weekend as Bruce is away.

I have a family reunion coming up. Our large family are gathering in Moree and Goondiwindi where we grew up. My brother from Denmark is here already. He stayed with us last week and helped me sort my bundles of unopened letters. My sister from London is flying in today and brother from US tomorrow. Other sisters from Melbourne, Blackall, Townsville and Mt Isa are heading to Moree.

My elderly mother is very excited to see everyone together, especially the overseas ones. For years there has not been enough rain up there, now all the small creeks and rivers are swollen and flooded with recent rain. Roads are cut – so now the challenge will be to all get there.
