Friend of Benedict House, Sue Jackson won “Most Elegant Racegoer” recently at the Queanbeyan Cup Races wearing an outfit custom made for her by Barb from BMdesigns at Benedict House. The outfit was designed especially for the event in consultation with Sue and consisted of a dress in heavyweight knit jersey with hand dyed lace godets in the hem and beautiful fabric and lace flowers at the neck and as a detail on the skirt. The vintage deep red velvet jacket and custom made cloche hat with flower trim added a nostalgic touch of elegance while a pair of fishnet stocking dyed to match the jacket added an element of fun. Handmade bead and pearl drop earring by Kate finished the total look outfit off beautifully.
