Tip for the week
Exercise more in the next few weeks so you can enjoy a guilt free Christmas

Tips for Christmas from customers

Last year some customers gave me some good tips on how to survive Christmas Day One customer always bought something to keep the men/boys occupied – a game or competition of some sort. Some men love to be in the kitchen on Christmas day – glazing and carving the ham- but often it is the domain of women. Some men can get a bit bored on the day and maybe resort to drinking a lot – so making, solving or competing in something can be fun for the old and young. Meanwhile the women of the house can be busy slicing the cucumbers finely and calmly sipping on something cold. Do you have any suggestions? I will give my table decoration tips next week – any ideas?

Drop in Saturday Morning classes
During the next 2 weeks – you can drop in for a class from 10am-12noon
I can help you with a technique you may be struggling with or finishing something off
Ring me on 62842868 – cost $20

Movie
I thought we were going to see a wilderness movie but it was in a prison escape during the Vietnam War – ‘Dawn Rescue” - an exhausting movie to watch – great example of mental toughness based on one man’s experience. I am looking for something lighter this week

The lucky newsletter voucher for this week goes to Julie Carter. Must be collected from the bead shop by next Thursday 6th December 2007.

Take care,
Kate
