BENEDICT HOUSE NEWSLETTER

Morning all,

Today Saturday gives us some sense of spring at last. Greg pruned the climbing peace rose in the sunny small courtyard – buds are popping up so it is all good from here.

New: Lots of silver, antique and gold enamelled ceramic beads from Greece. Some peace and yin/yang beads and Barton & Bell jewellery.

Stefano has been and gone – we are left with a lot of laughs and stories to tell. Despite being very agitated about the lack of fresh chicken carcasses in Queanbeyan and sourcing Italian Aborio Rice, we had a convivial time. Stefano is very passionate, very political and very spontaneous in the way he cooks and runs the kitchen – my we were all running for him as well. The customers loved the evenings and I took to the bed for two days after he left! He wants to come back and do it again so I will brace myself – and let you know.
