NEW Classes
Polymer Clay Pendant or Brooch Creative Retreat
In this class participants will learn aspects of pendant/brooch design while learning the basic techniques required to work with polymer clay. These include conditioning, surface treatments and finishing. The added benefit of this material apart from its incredible versatility is that the clay is inexpensive and it can be baked in your kitchen oven.
Date: Saturday June 27 or Sunday July 12
Time: 10am – 4.00pm
Cost: $ 130 – includes all materials and food
Your tutor Kathy Geurts is an accredited CCIP clay instructor. She holds a BA in Visual Communication Design and has run her own successful graphic design company in Sydney for the last twenty four years. While still being involved in the graphic design industry Kathy is now focusing more on her mixed media jewellery and collectable designs which she sells through various galleries, shops and market stalls.
Please note that these classes require a minimum of 8 people to proceed.
Advanced Classes with Suzanne Clarke – bead weaving and spiral stitch.
