MOVIE
We saw ‘Mongol’ on Saturday along with lots of others. The vistas were magnificent and we were both impressed with the way the violent battles were presented – blurred and faded without having to show all the graphic details. An education about a culture we know so little of and lots of fast horse riding.
I am painting flowers and the rims of cups by day – very pleasant in the afternoon light on the western side of the house. Even though I usually recommend switching the TV off, I have had the feet up in the recliner (the one my old husband surprised me with) watching some TV whilst threading necklaces to take to Moree. Old Mrs Murdoch seemed to be doing well for 99 on Denton on Monday night.
