As I sat at the markets this morning, catching the warmth of the sun on my back, I could feel the calmness of autumn and a sense of winter looming. I do love the change in seasons, all the new vegetables coming in, change of eating and of dressing. I do love the winter - other than the heating bills!

* Cooking Traditional Rustic Cuisine with Stefano de Pieri. Sunday 10th April 12noon-2pm. Enhance your gastromic skills with an exclusive cooking class with celebrity chef Stefano de Pieri and become a master in making pasta and traditional cooking methods. Includes 3 course lunch and wine.

Art Classes
Learn to Draw SKILLS Classes: learn the basic skills of drawing - composition, tone, proportion and perspective. Wednesday evenings 6.30-8.30pm, starting 4th May
Exploring the Creative Processes: use a variety of mediums to play and experiment in design. Explore colour, mark making, textures and collage. Runs in June.
Cost $120 for 4 week course, or individual workshops $35 each. Payment is required in advance to secure a place - bookings ph 6284 2868.
