The staff are all back safely after a weekend in Kangaroo Valley.
We plotted and planned many things - some that may directly affect you are: - gift vouchers awarded to customers who receive the newsletter- random selection- starting this week- see below. Better packaging will be here in the near future, random specials of 20% discount, support of a local charity - the new accommodation for homeless and mentally ill, nametags for the staff so you know their name, sharpening of the tools and tidying up behind the counter. Any suggestions and feedback (other than lower prices) are most welcome from you.
More important than all that is saving precious water and hoping it will rain. The method my mother always used on the farm at Moree where it is often 40 degrees - twelve inch thick mulch and water with a slow drip - or a 2 litre bottle with a small hole in it upside down. Any other theories?
