Bookings are coming in for the fashion parade this Sunday. Standing room only left. Details of designers in the parade are listed below. Two Indian dance groups will be performing. There will be a collection of Japanese fabrics and un-sewn Kimonos, lampwork beads and some delicious food with an Indian flavour from 12.30pm and a wine on the house.

Yumi Holder – Canberra - (Zilpah Tart) regarded as one of Australia’s top 12 emerging designers will present her range of handbags

Eline Martinsen –Canberra- will present evening wear influenced by her love of history –and Madame Bovary

Emma Knieriem- Canberra- glamorous sleep wear and lingerie

BM Designs – Canberra- stylish designs for the fuller figure

‘Boots for Broads’ –Canberra- the launch of this new label - leather boots made to measure. Especially suitable for women who have broad feet and larger legs

Ginko Collection – Canberra – A collection of Asian textiles and handcrafts, mainly from Japan and South East Asia.

Reecreations – Canberra - featuring semi-precious stones, freshwater pearls, glorious glass, fine or sterling silver and unusual beads

Barak Zelig – Canberra - a collection of vibrant mixed media drawings in ink and charcoal on paper to be displayed in the hallway.

Durga Vishwanathan – Canberra- well known Canberra identity will be a guest speaker on ‘pashmina’ and will advise us on qualities and features of real pashmina and silk shawls

Mumba – Canberra- Kate Shelton’s contemporary jewellery features hand blown Venetian glass beads, hand made glass, Greek ceramic and Kenyan ‘Kazurri’ beads.

Mabu – Perth – simple, great clothes for larger sizes

Aimie Cristi – Perth – romantic, passionate – day and evening wear

Su Bishop – Exmouth WA – Glass artist who designs experimental jewellery with glass and metals

DJ’S –Canberra - Indian clothing, footwear and accessories ranging from the traditional to Modern, for men, women and children

Nibbles Catering – will supply a plate of delicious finger food with an Indian twist

Bollywood Dimensions and Tribalista Sisters will dance
