The Refectory is becoming a popular
meeting place for friends to catch up
over lunch or afternoon tea. The blackboard menu changes daily and
features four main dishes served with
salad and four homemade cakes. Tea
is served in china cups and leaf tea in
tea pots.
Food is made from scratch, avoiding using frozen products, and
using what is in season as it has its fullest flavour and has not had to be transported long distances. Kate grows what she can in her backyard garden, recycles
the vege waste to a worm farm and uses the worm waste
on the garden.

High Tea in The Refectory
Take time out, meet up with friends for traditional food, served with traditional etiquette. Four petit savoury foods, three sweets, a glass of sparkling, tablecloths and tiered plates.
$25 per person
3pm-5pm
High Tea is held monthly - the next High Teas are on the 24th January, 21st February and the 21st March 2010.
Bookings are essential.
